I had a lovely time at this hotel! The suites we booked were surprisingly spacious and beautifully decorated, although a bit on the expensive side. The service was excellent and the staff were really helpful, especially during breakfast which was delicious. The location was outstanding, just a short walk to the picturesque cliff top promenade overlooking the sandy beach of Cromer. The dining experience had its highs and lows, but overall, it was satisfactory. The hotel offers ample parking and a cozy lounge for reading and relaxing.

My stay at the hotel was fabulous! The rooms were lovely and big, spotlessly clean, and provided a relaxing sleep on the king-sized comfy bed. The service was excellent, with friendly staff always available to assist, and the food was memorable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach view. The dining experience was fantastic with a great selection. However, I did notice a bit of dust in one of the mugs. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The hotel is situated just on the edge of Cromer, close to the park and pier, with a great location for exploring the town and beach. The rooms are spacious and cozy, although they could have been cleaner upon arrival. The staff is welcoming and helpful, offering excellent service. The dining experience is top-notch with a lovely menu. However, the pricing could be more competitive compared to standard chain hotels.
